A: Absolutely!
Changed your mind? Want to make your house even more spectacular? You can ask our installation team about adding additional decorations on the day of installation.
Additional decorations will be subject to material and labor charges. Before anything is added, our team will let you know the additional cost so there are no surprises.
Please note: Any additional balance is due on the day of installation.
Q: CAN I BUY A TIMER FROM YOUR INSTALLATION TEAM AND WILL THEY SET IT UP FOR ME?
A: YES! We offer timers for purchase, and our installation team will set it up for you on the day of your installation. Please note that we do not return to troubleshoot or repair timer issues after installation. CLICK HERE for a helpful video explaining exactly how to set or reset your timer.
Q: IS THE COST OF TAKE-DOWN INCLUDED IN MY ORIGINAL ESTIMATE?
A: Yes! Your price includes installation, material and take down of your Christmas decorations.
Once your installation is complete, you will automatically be added to our take-down schedule, which begins in early January and typically takes approximately two weeks to complete.

Q: DO I NEED TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT TO HAVE MY DECORATIONS TAKEN DOWN?
A: No! There is nothing you need to do.
We make the take-down process easy and hassle-free. Our team creates a schedule based on location, allowing us to work through each location as quickly and efficiently as possible. Once your home is scheduled, our team will arrive and take everything down. No need to call or schedule anything!

Q: CAN I USE MY OWN MATERIAL?
A: Yes, you may use your own lighting materials. However, B&R Christmas Decorators is not responsible for any outages, malfunctions, or issues that may arise with customer-provided lights or material.
